Ordering goods:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Buyer places an order for goods through this online store, specifying the type, size, color, and quantity of the goods to be ordered. When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information, i.e., name, surname, delivery address, and contact details. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data; otherwise, delivery of the Goods is not guaranteed. Ordering Goods is considered an offer by the Buyer to the Seller to conclude a Distance Contract for the delivery of the ordered Goods and the Buyer’s agreement to purchase the ordered Goods at the specified price. Personal data related to the delivery of the Goods shall not be disclosed to third parties, except for SIA Omniva Latvija, for the purpose of ensuring the delivery of the order. <\/p>\n

The distance contract is concluded between the owner of the online store www.kimimanufaktura.lv, SIA “K.I.M.I. manufaktura”, registration No. 40103846143, legal address: Ber\u0123u iela 13, Riga, (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), and the Buyer who places an order and makes a purchase on the online store www.kimimanufaktura.lv. The Distance Contract applies to all orders and purchases made on the www.kimimanufaktura.lv online store. This Distance Contract does not apply to purchases made by the Buyer at retail outlets. <\/p>\n

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.<\/p>\n

The Seller shall deliver the Goods to the address specified by the Buyer in Latvia, and outside Latvia \u2013 in accordance with the rates specified herein. The Buyer shall pay the shipping costs and the price of the Goods together, before receiving confirmation and delivery of the Goods from the Seller. The delivery price shall be included in the invoice. <\/p>\n

The Buyer can place orders 24 hours a day. The Seller sends the Buyer confirmation of order acceptance by e-mail. The production and completion of the order begins when the money is credited to the Seller’s account. <\/p>\n

Order delivery methods and prices:<\/b><\/p>\n

Order pickup at the K.I.M.I. manufacturing salon (34 Kr. Barona Street, 3rd floor) \u2013 free of charge<\/strong><\/p>\n

Receiving an order with OMNIVA parcel terminal:<\/p>\n

  1. In Latvia \u2013 \u20ac4. Free delivery for orders over \u20ac250.00. <\/li>\n
  2. In Estonia and Lithuania \u2013 EUR 9<\/li>\n
  3. In other European countries \u2013 calculation according to the table<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Buyers who receive goods outside the European Union are responsible for covering all customs clearance costs.<\/p>\n

    Payment terms:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The Buyer may pay for the purchased goods by payment card or bank transfer.<\/p>\n

    The buyer cannot pay with cash at the SIA \u201cK.I.M.I. manufaktura\u201d salon.<\/p>\n

    Refund policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Refunds are processed using the same payment method that the customer used for the transaction.<\/p>\n

    Delivery terms:<\/b><\/p>\n

    If the ordered item is in stock, we will ship it on the next business day, or you can pick it up at our store at Kr. Barona iela 34, 3rd floor, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the next business day. 17:00.<\/p>\n

    If the ordered item needs to be manufactured, we will ship it within 7 business days from the moment the order is placed.<\/p>\n

    Right of Withdrawal:<\/b><\/p>\n

    The Buyer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days, starting from the order confirmation date.<\/p>\n

    To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform us \u2013 SIA \u201eK.I.M.I. manufaktura\u201c, reg. No. 40103846143, legal address: Ber\u0123u iela 13, Riga, e-mail info@kimimanufaktura.lv<\/a> \u2013 of their decision to withdraw from this agreement with an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail). <\/p>\n

    On our website<\/a>, in the section “Right of Withdrawal”, the Buyer can also electronically fill out and submit the withdrawal form. If the Buyer uses this option, we will immediately send an acknowledgment of receipt of such withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by e-mail). <\/p>\n

    For the right of withdrawal deadline to be met, it is sufficient for the Buyer to send their notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.<\/p>\n

    If the Buyer and Seller agree on the return of the goods, the buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 3 days after sending the withdrawal letter, by sending it using the same shipping method as when receiving the goods or by delivering the goods to the K.I.M.I. manufakt\u016bra salon at the address Kr. Barona Street 34, 3rd floor.<\/p>\n

    Omniva parcel locker return address: Riga T\/C Juglas Centrs parcel locker, Juglas Street 2, Riga. The item must be in exactly the same condition as it was at the time of receipt \u2013 it must not have been used, worn, or subjected to any other mechanical impact. All return shipping costs are covered by the customer, and the customer assumes full responsibility for the item while it is being returned.<\/p>\n

    Upon receiving the returned item, we assess whether it is damaged, torn, worn, washed, or otherwise deformed. If the returned item is in exactly the same condition as it was at the time of dispatch, then we will refund the amount for which the item was purchased. We transfer the money back to your account within 10 (ten) business days from the moment we have received the returned item. Shipping fees are not refunded. We do not accept returns for custom orders and do not refund their value. In case of any questions or obstacles regarding the refund of the purchase amount, representatives of SIA K.I.M.I. manufaktura will contact the Buyer.<\/p>\n

    The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:<\/b><\/p>\n
